I make lists for everything, this is going to be a combination of my bucket list and on-going lists that I make day to day!

My Bucket List:
  • Fly first class.
  • Go white water rafting.
  • Para-sail.
  • Volunteer for The Salvation Army, ringing the bell to collect Christmas donations.
  • Learn Italian.
  • Have a baby. (Due March 2014)
  • Go snow skiing.
  • Buy a new car.
  • Visit Paris, Italy, and Greece.
  • Go on a cruise.
  • Go to Vegas.
  • Be in someone's wedding. (10.4.14)
  • Be married to the same person for 50 years. (2/50)
  • Go to Harry Potter World.
  • Go to a horse race.
  • Go to a drive in movie.
  • Visit all 50 states. (17/50)
  • See Niagara Falls.  
Culinary List:
  • Finish culinary school.
  • Write & publish a cookbook.
  • Grow a garden.
  • Host a monthly dinner party.
  • Go to the Gilroy Garlic Festival.
  • Find a red wine I love.
  • Go to a vineyard/wine tasting.
  • Go to a food truck rodeo. 
  • Buy a vacuum sealer.
  • Teach a cooking class.
  • Be a head chef.
  • Be a food journalist/critic. (My two favorite things in one.)
  • Be in a food fight.
  • Order room service.

  1. I saw that going to a horse race is on your bucket list. If you are every in the Williamsburg/Norfolk/Richmond area in Virgina, Colonial Downs isn't too far away. It is a really nice track, and although it doesn't have the history of something like Churchill Downs, it is a great experience. You can go right up to the rail to see the horses run by super close!
