Yesterday, Mr. Army Man re-enlisted for another 6 years.
He still had a little over a year left on his previous contract but that is null and void.
His 6 years began yesterday.
I am SO proud of him!
His courage, leadership and the man he has become.
More than that I am proud to call him my husband, soul mate, and best friend.
I cannot wait to see where this new journey takes us.

ReplyDeleteAnd you made a beautiful bride by the way!!
In response to your question....if you're trying to get healthier (even if you're just starting out), you want to do both cardio AND strength training. Shoot for 4-5 days a week...
Mix it up. Do different types of cardio, intervals, intensities, and circuits. Jamie Eason has a LiveFit Trainer with an incredible 3 month program and even diet plan! :)
I also get lots of workout ideas out of Oxygen magazine and from bodybuilding.com.
I have some stuff listed on my blog too under the Health & Fitness Junkie Tab... (www.butlerpartyof2.com)
GOOD LUCK!
Does this mean he will be gone- like deployed for 6 more years? EEEKKKKK I sure hope not!
